All return items must be shipped within a protective shipping bag or box. You can either use the postage bag/box that your order came in, or you can purchase one at your local post office.
Our team can still make changes to your shipping address if your parcel has not been dispatched. Please note: once your parcel has been despatched we can no longer make changes and you will need to contact your local postal service to attempt to redirect the parcel.

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page as well as the height of the model and the size garment they are modeling to help you find the best fit. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we can help guide you on sizes. Our items tend to fit true to size, but we recommend checking the measurements if you're between sizes.
